Processing Time​

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 3-5 business days, following the receipt of your order confirmation email.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable for International)

MG Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages/Lost Items

MG Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
🔄 RETURN POLICY
At MG Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade items.
Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized orders (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

Digital products (if applicable).

Items marked as 'Clearance' or 'Final Sale'.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at info@crafteemama.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping [Choose one: will / will not] be deducted from your refund.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
