For me, crafting isn't just a hobby; it’s a way to bring beauty, tranquility, and a little spark of joy into everyday life. Every item you find here, from a custom personalized tumbler to a unique set of holiday mugs, are designed and created right here in White Palins, NY with meticulous attention to detail and quality. Processing Time:

We require 3-5 business days to prepare and package your order before it ships. This allows time for crafting, curing, or final quality checks.

 

Carrier & Tracking:

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package. MG Creations is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred by the shipping carrier.

 

Packaging:

We are committed to using careful, protective packaging, or eco-friendly/recycled materials when required. 

 

Returns, Exchanges, & Damages:

Standard Return Window: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within [14] days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their nature, custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) and include clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will work quickly to find a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

 

Custom Orders:

We love bringing your vision to life! Custom order timelines and pricing will be agreed upon before production begins.  All custom order sales are final. A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required before starting work.
